Mr. Liebman’s practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation. Mr. Liebman graduated from New York University, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Sports Management, in 2005. Mr. Liebman attended St. John’s University School of Law, graduating in 2008, where he received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Business Organizations and Labor Law. While in law school, Mr. Liebman served as an Executive Board Member and Advocate for the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, and as a member of the St. John’s Law School Child Advocacy Clinic. Mr. Liebman began his legal career as an intern for the Honorable Gary F. Knobel of the Nassau County District Court, and later served as an intern for the New York Jets in their Football Administration Department, where he analyzed NFL teams’ contracts. Mr. Liebman also successfully authored a publication, entitled “Tip Your ‘Cap’ To The Players: 2007-2008 Off-Season Reveals NHL’s Salary Cap Benefits on Players” in the Spring 2009 edition of the Sports Lawyers Journal (16 Sports Law. J. 81).

Mr. Liebman is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
