Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Derek spent five years as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. While at Cravath, Derek gained a wide range of experience representing corporate defendants in high-stakes securities, antitrust, patent, and shareholder derivative litigation.
