Mr. Birney practices in all areas of commercial, corporate and real estate law, including transactions and lease negotiations, as well as business disputes, commercial real estate litigation and other civil disputes. Bill is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law (1983), where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review, and received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego (1979).
