Mr. Serfaty’s practice includes all aspects of litigation, including commercial, real estate, corporate, constitutional law, and municipal defense.  With an extensive appellate practice, he has successfully orally argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the New York Court of Appeals, the Appellate Divisions, and numerous other appellate and trial level courts.  He has also written and submitted briefs in scores of high profile cases.  Judah graduated top 10% from Touro Law School (J.D. cum laude 1993) where he was Research Editor for the Law Review.  His prior experience includes almost seven years with the Appeals Bureau of the Nassau County Legal Aid Society.  He presently proudly serves as a member of its Board of Directors.
